MY MONTH IN REVIEW

June has been a VERY busy month. Here's some of the highlights.

THE GREAT ESCAPE...I MEAN LANDSCAPE

We live in a great neighborhood surrounded by awesome people! This year, our neighbor Cindy, decided intead of adopting a highway she would adopt our front yard. Here's the pictures and story of the project.

PRESENTING THE MISSOULA CHILDREN'S THEATER'S PRODUCTION OF ROBIN HOOD

As soon as we got back from Texas my girls tried out for a Missoula's Children's Theater musical production of Robin Hood. Ali was a part of Robin's Band of Merry Men, and Grace was a "little stinker" a.k.a. A SKUNK! Auditions were on Monday and they performed two shows on Saturday! They did a GREAT JOB!

ARLINGTON, TEXAS

We started the month in Arlington, TX working at a Great American Scrapbook Convention.

My daugther was able to join me on this trip. She's been on an airplane before but not since she was a toddler, so this was her first plane ride that she can remember. She stayed with family while Kloie, Jillie Bean, Dona and I were busy working at the Pazzles Booth at the convention.

Kl0ie's always a bundle of energy on our trips but she crashes hard when she gets home. This time around she didn't make it all the way home. Here she is at the airport during a six hour layover. She's got her pillow and blankie and yes...she IS sucking her thumb!

TREASURE HUNTING WITH KLO

Klo and I are so much alike in so many ways it's scary, but in this one thing we're polar opposites. She HATES shopping as much as I LOVE it! So, you can imagine my surprise when she called me today to see if I wanted to go garage sale shopping with her.

We found some great buys on things like old records and books we plan to turn into altered scrap booking projects. My favorite find was an old hand made doll cradle that I painted to match the coolest throw rug I've seen in a long time. After I painted it I decorated it using Pazzle's Tropical Vinyl.

Before and after picutures are on their way...Someday....
